Today we roasted a whole Camel in a village of Dubai. First of all we dug a large deep rectangular tandoor pit and build the pit with bricks and make arrangements needed for roasting the whole Camel. We marinate the whole Camel with spicy arabian masalas and kept it to rest. And prepare the tandoor pit for roasting the Camel with charcoal fire. Then place the Marinated Camel inside the pit and close the tandoor for 12 hours... Finally the Roasted Camel tasted yummy and awesome with Arabian mandi rice..
