Air pressure inside the plane is high whereas air pressure outside the plane is low. Therefore, when a hole is created in the plane or its door is opened suddenly, the entire air in the air moves fast towards the low pressure from the high pressure. This air blows away everything that is either not tightly tied with the plane or is light in weight.
