atta ladoo with dry fruits, wheat flour ladoo, Panjiri, Authentic Punjabi Pinni RecipeIngredients:Wheat Flour - 2 cups (300 gms)Tagar - 2 cups (300 gms)Ghee - 1.25 cups (300 gms)Almonds - ½ cup (75 gms)Cashew Nuts - ½ cup (75 gms)Dry coconuts - ½ cup (50 gms)Muskmelon Seeds - ½ cup (50 gms)Edible Gums - ¼ cup (50 gms)Green Cardamom Powder - 1 Tsp How to make Punjabi Pinni 1- Melt 1/2 cup of clarified butter in the wok, moderately heated Oil is required to fry the edible gum. 2- Add 1/4 cup of edible gum and roast on the low- medium flame for 3 minutes until they expand and colour changes. 3- Add 1/2 cup of Almonds, roast them on the medium flame for 2 minutes until they expand and colour changes. 4- Roast 1/2 cup of Cashews on the medium flame until light brown.5- Dry Roast 1/2 cup of Muskmelon Seeds until they expand and colour changes on the high flame for 2 minutes.6- Roast 1/2 cup of grated dry coconut while continuously stirring for 1 minute.7- We roasted dry fruits in the wok so we will utilise the clarified butter after filtering it using a strainer.8- Add 1/2 cup of more Clarified Butter in it, take 2 cups of Wheat flour and roast the flour on the medium flame while continuously stirring it until Golden Brown for 15 minutes.9- There is a soothing fragrance which means it has roasted.10-Switch off the flame and stir it for a while in the wok.11- Coarsely grind the roasted Edible gum for it in the Mortar.12- In the same way, we will crush the roasted Cashews13- Add them in one bowl because we have to mix them, save some Cashews for the garnishing.14- In the same way, we will crush the roasted Almonds15- Add the crushed coconut in it, roasted muskmelon seeds and mix all the Ingredients when they are hot.16- Add 2 cups of Tagar and mix all the Ingredients 17 - Add saved Clarified butter along with 1 tsp of Cardamoms powder and mix all the Ingredients properly.18- The mixture is ready so let's start making the Pinni19- Lift some mixture and bind it into the round shaped ball.20- Place a piece of cashew over it like this and bind it.21- Make all Pinnis in the same way.Serving:1- You can make 25 pinnis out of the prepared mixture. 2- Store them in a container and consume for the 2-3 months Subscribe for more recipes - http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=nishamadhulikaFor the Best recipes on YouTube, log onto - http://www.youtube.com/nishamadhulikaFind us on Facebook at - https://www.facebook.com/nishamadhulikaVisit my Hindi Websitehttp://nishamadhulika.com
