Eggless omelette is a very healthy, protein rich recipe. This breakfast recipe is also quick and easy. This can be a very good variation to your regular omelette. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and comment.

Ingredients:
• 125 gm grated Paneer
• 1 tbsp Besan
• Water
• 1 tbsp chopped Onion
• 1 tbsp chopped Tomato
• 1 tbsp chopped Capsicum
• 1 tsp chopped Green chili
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp Red chili powder
• Oil

Method:
• In a blender jar take paneer, besan and water.
• Blend everything into fine batter.
• You can use tofu instead of paneer and soya flour in place of
besan.
• Transfer the batter into a bowl.
• The consistency should not be too thin or the omelette will stick
to the pan. Let the consistency be like batter.
• Add onion, tomato, capsicum, green chili, coriander leaves, salt,
turmeric powder, red chili powder and mix everything well
together.
• You can use veggies of your choice.
• Heat up pan on medium heat.
• Add a little oil and spread it all over.
• Add batter and spread it.
• Cook the omelette until it leaves the edges of the pan.
• Flip it over and cook well from other side too.
• If you find it difficult to flip over or feel that binding is not enough
then you can add rice flour.
• When omelette is cooked well from both sides take it out into a
dish and eggless omelette is already.
• You can have this omelette as it is or it goes well with sauce or
chutney.
