True story :
i recently told a colleague that bjarne stroustrup, the author of the c++ language, once said that
“c makes it easy to shoot yourself in the foot; c++ makes it harder, but when you do it blows your whole leg off”.
without missing a beat, my friend realized, “well, actually, it blows off every subclass of appendage.”
