★ Garlic { 4-5cloves}
★ Mustard oil
★ Fenugreek seeds

PROCESS
◆First we'll heat the oil for 2-3minutes and after that we'll 4-5cloves of garlic and 1 1/2 teaspoons of fenugreek seede.
◆ Let the oil be on flame until the garlic color changes to brown .
◆ Now switch off the flame and let the oil to cool down.
